1. Can I get graduate level credit from a regionally accredited university for taking this course and if so, how much is it?
Yes, you receive 2 semester graduate credits or (3 quarter credits) from Montana State University-Northern
2. Once I am registered for the graduate level course, what work is required of me in order to get the graduate level credits?
Watch our entertaining and short video lectures and animations, play our interactive games, read relevant articles, participate in the discussion board, take our multiple choice quizzes and write a short reflective essay.
3. Is the course self-paced? Are there deadlines?
Yes, the course is self-paced. However, if you are taking the course for graduate credits, you must register by Wednesday, November 1st and the course needs to be completed with reflective essay submitted by December 11th.
4. Can I take this course for professional development hours (no-credit)? If so, what is required of me?
Yes, you can take the course for 30 professional development hours (30 OPI renewal units for Montana people). For Montana teachers, when you are finished with the course email your certificate of completion to firstname.lastname@example.org and he will respond with an official OPI renewal unit certificate.
